VEGGIE PATTY MELT

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 of Hilary's Eat Well Veggie Patties
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 of an avocado 
  • A bit of Romaine 
  • 2 pieces of Ezekiel Bread
  • Just Mayo Sriracha Mayo
  • 1 slice of Field Roast Original Chao Cheese

Directions

  1. Toast the Veggie Patty & Bread (with 1 slice of cheese on 1 piece of bread) in your toaster oven 
  2. Slice your tomato
  3. Once your bread & patty are done, spread mayo and avocado on one slice of bread without cheese
  4. Add your patty, tomatoes, romaine 
  5. Enjoy!

FRESH ROMAINE SALAD

INGREDIENTS 

  • I bag of Romaine 
  • 3 Persian Cucumbers
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh Dill
  • Dressing of choice (I used Dave's Killer Dressing from my local Farmer's Market that is oil free)
  • Kelly's Croutons (www.kellyscroutons.com) or croutons of choice

DIRECTIONS

  1.  Slice cucumbers
  2. Cut up fresh dill
  3. Assemble cucumbers, tomatoes, dill, and croutons 
  4. Top with dressing
  5. Enjoy!

FIELD ROAST GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS

  • Field Roast CHAO Cheese (They have 3 different kinds, the original creamy is my favorite)
  • Ezekiel Bread 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast your bread with a slice of cheese on each piece
  2. Enjoy!

WATERMELON PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Watermelon
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi
  • 1 Lime

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice watermelon into large round, flat pieces (as shown in picture)
  2. Top with fruit of choice, I used blackberries & kiwis
  3. Squeeze lime juice on top
  4. Enjoy!

LEMON DILL CHIA DRESSSING & SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp. of Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp. of Mamma Chia’s Chia Seeds
  • 4 Lemons
  • 3 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. of fresh Dill

DIRECTIONS

  1. First, juice 4 Lemons.
  2. Then mix the lemon juice with 3 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar.
  3. Add 1 tsp. of Sriracha to the mix.
  4. Add 1 tbsp. of Mamma Chia’s Organic Chia Seeds.
  5. Let sit over night, covered, in the refrigerator.
  6. The next day add 4 tbsp. of fresh, chopped Dill.
  7. Serve or toss dressing with a salad. Personally, I like to use romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, & chick peas.
  8. Enjoy!

MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of frozen mangos 
  • 1 banana
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. of hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients, except hemp seeds, in blender
  2. Top with hemp seeds
  3. Enjoy!
