SRIRACHA KALE CHIPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch of Kale
  • 2 tbsp. of HOPE Foods Sriracha Hummus 
  • Nutritional Yeast 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash, de-stem, and tear your kale apart, into chip size pieces.
  2. Using a big bowl and your hands massage the hummus into your kale.
  3. Dehydrate your kale until it is crunchy in a dehydrator or in your oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, watching them carefully until desired crunch.

WATERMELON & PASSIONFRUIT

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Watermelon (I got a yellow one from my local Farmer's Market)
  • 2 Passionfruit

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut your watermelon & passion fruit in half
  2. Top your watermelon with passion fruit
  3. Scoop with a spoon and enjoy!

LEMON-DILL TAHINI & VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of Tahini
  • 2-3 crushed Garlic
  • Juice from 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Fresh Dill
  • Dulse 
  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl & serve with veggies OR as a salad dressing
  2. Enjoy!

APPLES + CHOCOLATE HUMMUS & PB

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp. of Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp. of HOPE Foods Chocolate Hummus

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice your apple
  2. Scoop your dips
  3. Serve and enjoy!

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 7-8 Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup and a half of almond milk 
  • Hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender
  2. Top with hemp seeds
  3. Enjoy!

GREEN APPLES & ALMOND BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 3 tbsp. of Almond Butter
  • Handful of Blueberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice apple
  2. Serve with almond butter
  3. Add blueberries for decoration (optional - and you can & should eat them too!)
  4. Dip apple slice into almond butter 
  5. Enjoy!
